Deposit: 50% of appointment session required upfront, unless a package is on file. (If purchasing a package, only 50% of first session required.)



Cancellations/ Reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. While we understand that things come up- If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 8 hours before appointment time, deposit is lost. In the case of EBOO/ EBOOSafe, a fee of $250/ $450 respectively will be owed. If rescheduling less than 24 hours but greater than 8 hours, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged. This can only be done once per session.

Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no additional charge if greater than 24 hours notice. However, all sales are final and deposit will be left on account to be used at a later time.

Starting 11/17/2024 all packages expire in 12 months (Some packages not shareable).
